AJLM LOA Verify processes manuscript identity, corresponding-author contact information, invoice records, and payment proof only for publication administration, payment verification, LOA issuance, and document authentication.

Payment proof

Uploaded payment proof is restricted to authenticated AJLM administrators for manual verification against the publisher's bank account. Payment details are not displayed in the public LOA verification registry.

Public verification

The public registry exposes only the manuscript and LOA identity necessary to authenticate an official document.
